A classic antique 18ct gold solitaire diamond ring, centred with a beautiful old mine cut diamond in a platinum double-claw setting. The diamond is raised within a traditional cathedral mount, allowing light to enter from all angles and enhance the distinctive sparkle produced by its hand-cut facets.
Old mine cut diamonds are admired for their softly rounded outline, high crown and larger facets, creating a gentle, lively brilliance that differs from the appearance of modern brilliant-cut diamonds.
