Cartier Baignoire Diamond Bezel Ref. 1955 18ct White Gold Quartz Wristwatch (Cartier sleeve pouch, no box or papers)
The Cartier Baignoire is one of the maison’s most elegant and enduring designs, distinguished by its graceful oval case and timeless Parisian styling. This Ref. 1955 is made in 18ct white gold and features a factory diamond-set bezel, complemented by its original black crocodile leather strap and original 18ct white gold Cartier deployant clasp. It has also been checked over by our workshop and fitted with a new battery.
The watch is presented in very good overall condition, showing only very light signs of careful wear consistent with minimal use. The 18ct white gold case and factory diamond-set bezel remain in excellent order, while the dial displays a gentle, even patina that enhances its vintage character. The original Cartier crocodile leather strap and 18ct white gold deployant clasp complete this elegant and well-preserved example.
