Rolex GMT-Master ‘Pepsi’ Ref. 16700 Automatic Stainless Steel Wristwatch 1997 (box, no papers)
A classic and increasingly collectible Rolex GMT-Master Ref. 16700 dating to 1997, featuring the iconic red and blue “Pepsi” bezel, original tritium dial with beautifully aged patina, and automatic Calibre 3175 movement. Presented on its original Rolex Oyster bracelet and accompanied by its original Rolex box, swing tag and pressure test receipts from 2017.
The watch has been inspected, checked and serviced by our in-house workshop and is ready to wear, making this an excellent example of one of the final GMT-Master references produced before the GMT-Master II became the sole model.
Presented in very good vintage condition throughout, the stainless steel case retains strong, well-defined lugs with only light signs of wear commensurate with age. The original Pepsi bezel insert displays vibrant colours with minor age-related marks. The acrylic crystal shows light surface marks, and the original Oyster bracelet remains in very good condition with minimal stretch for its age. Overall, this is a very honest, well-preserved example of the iconic GMT-Master.
