  • Unfortunately, we do not offer resizing services at this time. However, we recommend contacting a trusted local jeweller who specialises in resizing to ensure your jewellery is adjusted safely and professionally.

    If you have any questions about sizing before making a purchase, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

  • No worries! Our conversion chart makes it easy to find your UK ring size.

    Whether you have a size in a different system or a measurement in millimetres, you can use the chart to quickly convert it to a UK size.

  • If your ring doesn’t fit, we’re happy to help you with a return. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@donlaurencejewellery.com to initiate the return process.

    We’ll provide you with all the details on how to return the item safely.

    Please note, the item must be in its original, unworn condition. For more information on our return policy, please refer to our returns page.

  • International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are not included in the price of the jewellery or the postage fee. These charges depend on the nature and value of your purchase and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.

    We recommend researching your country’s customs fees and import taxes before placing your order so you’ll know what to expect.

  • We update our stock on a weekly basis to ensure we always have fresh pieces available for you!

  • All of our pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind vintage items, so it’s very rare that we’ll have the exact same piece back in stock unless it’s returned to us from a previous buyer. However, we do often receive similar popular styles.
