This antique 18K gold ruby and diamond ring, designed in the 19th century, features a central rose-cut diamond, hand-cut and set in an ornate star-shaped gold setting that draws attention to its unique charm.
Surrounding the diamond is an oval halo of six cushion-cut rubies, their rich red hue contrasting beautifully with the diamond.
Above and below the ruby halo, two smaller diamonds are set, enhancing the design and creating a marquise-shaped effect.
