Jewellery Care

We sell only 925 Sterling Silver, 9k Gold, 18k Gold and natural gemstones. Natural metals and stones tarnish faster when exposed to certain substances, so we recommend monthly care to keep your jewellery sparkling. Please follow our simple care instructions.

Wear it.

To help protect your jewellery, avoid wearing it when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach when cleaning. We sell natural gemstones which can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and to chipping.

Clean it.

Over time water can tarnish silver, we recommend you use a microfibre cloth to clean silver and gold to restore shine instantly. Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. Very porous stones such as Turquoise, How lite and Emerald should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth only.

All deliveries are posted within 4 working days and sent First Class with Royal Mail therefore must be signed for.
